Key Responsibilities: Engage clients before policy renewals and review existing coverage
Identify gaps and provide tailored insurance solutions

Recommend additional products through portfolio reviews and cross-selling
Achieve retention and client satisfaction targets through follow-up
Requirements: Minimum one year of Personal Insurance experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to deliver exceptional client service proactively
Level 2 General Insurance License considered an asset
High attention to detail and sense of urgency
