Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair basic to intermediate plumbing problems
Repair heating and electrical issues in residential units
Replace windows, doors, fixtures, appliances, and flooring

Maintain building exteriors and report operational deficiencies
Requirements: Two or more years in a maintenance-related role
Relevant trade or technical certification, or equivalent experience
