As a full time, permanent Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will recruit across multiple divisions while supporting current and future workforce needs. The role combines split-desk recruitment, hiring-manager partnership, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment metrics. You will also contribute to projects, community outreach, and onboarding alongside HR and hiring leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment across multiple divisions
Define requirements and craft compelling job postings
Execute sourcing through platforms, fairs, communities, and events
Screen resumes against posted qualifications




Build pipelines and track hiring performance
Requirements: Post-secondary education in human resources, agribusiness, business, or related field
Three to five years of recruitment experience
Experience supporting multiple business divisions
Hands-on Applicant Tracking System experience
On-site availability and Canadian travel capability
