This Security Officer position supports patients, staff, visitors, and the general public in a mental health, trauma, and addiction treatment setting. You will respond to calls, patrol facilities, manage access, and assist admissions. The role also includes verifying shipments, arranging packing materials, and resolving delivery issues.
Key Responsibilities: Perform proactive patrols, spot checks, and surveillance
Lock and unlock scheduled entrances and doors
Greet new patients and contact nursing and admissions staff
Sign for packages and update procurement shipping information




Resolve damaged goods and incomplete orders
Requirements: Ability to respond to calls for service timely
Ability to maintain secure inventory locations throughout hospital
Ability to schedule and monitor third-party service exchanges
