As a Customer Experience Associate, you will support Personal & Commercial Banking at the branch. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while understanding customer needs and recommending suitable banking solutions. The role also requires discretion with confidential matters, accurate business processes, and clear communication. Training and onboarding sessions are provided for the position.
Key Responsibilities: Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities




Promote banking solutions and complete business processes promptly
Connect personally with customers about banking processes
Requirements: High School diploma and/or one year of relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Calm, courteous, effective verbal and written communication
