Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment requisitions across multiple business lines
Screen candidates and conduct video interviews consistently
Engage internal stakeholders and external candidates professionally




Deliver measurable recruitment deliverables
Attend in-person recruitment events across the GTA
Requirements: Five to seven years of overall recruitment or HR experience
Experience managing 30–40 requisitions simultaneously
Confidence conducting video interviews and candidate assessments
Proactive, strategic, consultative stakeholder engagement approach
Post-secondary education required; Human Resources preferred
