As Retail Store Manager, you will supervise employees, maintain operations, and collaborate with company management. Use Microsoft Office, process management, inventory control, and cannabis regulations knowledge to guide daily performance. You will support Canna Cabana’s retail standards while managing sales, service, staffing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise employees and ensure valid CannSell licenses
Coach, train, and motivate team members
Maintain SOPs and regulatory compliance
Resolve customer complaints using company procedures




Oversee opening, closing, inventory, and cash procedures
Requirements: Five to six-plus years of retail management experience
AGCO CannSell license and clean police record check
Microsoft Office and inventory control proficiency
Knowledge of cannabis plants, strains, laws, and policies
Availability for nights, holidays, weekends, and different locations
Bring cannabis knowledge, leadership, compliance, and inventory management expertise to Canna Cabana’s retail operations.
