You will represent the brand confidently, record thorough notes, and support Retail Operations wherever needed. Experience in retail, hospitality, technology, automotive, or another service environment is relevant.
Key Responsibilities: Create warm, personal experiences from customer arrival
Represent Clutch with confidence and professionalism
Complete customer appointments efficiently and accurately
Record required paperwork and thorough tracking-system notes
Support teammates across Retail Operations
Requirements: Two-plus years in a customer-facing environment
Valid G2 driver’s licence
Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions
Clean criminal background check
Weekday and weekend part-time availability
Use professionalism, accurate documentation, and customer connection skills to represent Clutch during every appointment and vehicle handover.
