St. Joseph's Health Centre Guelph seeks an RPN for approximately 12 months. The position delivers general nursing duties, develops care plans, and coordinates care for less-complex clients. You will consult RNs and health care team members when client needs become more complex.
Key Responsibilities: Recognize changes and consult appropriately with RNs
Develop and modify plans of care
Coordinate care for less-complex clients
Provide health teaching and nursing interventions
Direct unregulated care providers as appropriate
Requirements: Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Maintain positive standing as a Registered Practical Nurse
Minimum one year hospital experience preferred
Demonstrate communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Possess basic computer skills
Use nursing judgment, care planning, and collaboration to support patients and teams at Apple Blossom Complex Continuing Care.
