As a Financial Services Representative in Investments, you will support Financial Planners with administrative investment activities and client interactions. You will analyze files, identify opportunities, and refer clients to appropriate specialists. The position reports to the Financial Planner Manager and includes collaboration with partners.
Key Responsibilities: Optimize technical, administrative, and operational client interactions
Detect opportunities and refer clients to specialists
Propose transaction and investment solutions when required




Support data analysis and complex file resolution
Maintain process, compliance, and risk management adherence
Requirements: High school diploma plus three years relevant experience
College diploma plus one year relevant experience
Mutual Fund Representative license or certification within three months
Customer service experience and business development interest
Basic investment knowledge and administrative support experience
Bring client engagement, investment knowledge, information analysis, and organization skills to National Bank’s investment services team.
