We are looking for an automotive enthusiast who understands the difference between a +35 and -12 wheel offset and enjoys helping customers choose the right products to build their ideal vehicle.
What You’ll Do Assist customers with product and order inquiries by phone and email
Complete customer inquiries through our ticketing system
Verify vehicle and product fitment
Recommend wheels, tires, suspension components, automotive accessories, and off-road upgrades
Prepare product recommendations and help customers complete their purchases
Suggest suitable alternatives based on customers’ vehicles, preferences, and budgets
Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding product availability and order updates
Support the Operations team with product information and case resolution
Develop creative solutions for complex customer inquiries
Identify concerns and identify issues appropriately
What You Bring Solid knowledge of wheel and tire fitment, suspension components, and automotive accessories
Familiarity with off-road and overlanding equipment,



including lighting, racks, and recovery gear
Experience in automotive sales, service advising, parts, or aftermarket retail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a rapid-paced environment
A genuine passion for cars, trucks, powersports, and automotive customization
