This Financial Services Representative serves Members with excellence while identifying products, services, and referrals that fit their needs. You will support day-to-day banking, resolve concerns with autonomy, and build relationships through listening and proactive conversations. The position contributes to individual and team business results.

Identify and fulfill Member requests accurately and promptly
Promote products and services through needs-based discussions
Resolve Member concerns and create action plans
