Provide resident care at AgeCare as a Personal Support Worker, using care plans, observation, documentation, and bedside support. Help maintain safety.
This Personal Support Worker position supports residents across AgeCare communities. You will monitor care against established plans, report findings, document information, follow IPAC policies, and assist with simple treatments and related bedside care. The work also includes identifying resident needs and supporting a secure, secure environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide resident care according to established care plans
Observe residents and report findings to supervisors
Document resident care information as directed
Follow infection prevention and control procedures




Assist with onboarding new staff as directed
Requirements: Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma graduate
Meet Ministry of Training vocational standards
Meet National Association of Career Colleges standards
Meet Ontario Community Support Association standards
Know geriatric care, sanitation, and simple treatments
Bring resident care, observation, documentation, and infection prevention knowledge to AgeCare’s Personal Support Worker position supporting dignity.
