As Leasing Specialist, you will report to the Property Manager during this three-month contract. You will manage inquiries, conduct property tours, support applications, and coordinate move-ins for Mainline Living Property Management. Your work will help welcome Markai’s first residents and support occupancy targets.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to rental inquiries across multiple channels
Conduct tours highlighting suites, amenities, and neighbourhood
Guide applications, screening, approvals, and lease preparation
Maintain CRM records, files, communications, and metrics
Coordinate move-ins and support occupancy targets
Requirements: Robust customer service and relationship-building skills
Clear communication and professional presentation approach
Ability to close leases or sales toward targets
Strong organization, attention to detail, and administration
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
