This position delivers client support aligned with Supported Lifestyles Ltd.’s mission, philosophy, agency, and position standards. You will provide behavioral and emotional assistance, collect and analyze data, and implement or develop behavioral support plans. Experience with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, or behavioral supports is relevant.
Key Responsibilities: Use highly developed behavioral intervention skills daily
Deliver specialized client services according to agency standards
Support community integration, skill learning, and quality of life
Collect and analyze client behavioral data




Implement and develop behavioral support plans
Requirements: Diploma in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Degree in any discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution
Experience supporting developmental disabilities or mental health challenges
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Own vehicle and valid Class 5 License required
Bring behavioral intervention, client assistance, data analysis, and communication skills to Supported Lifestyles Ltd.’s specialized services.
