EventConnect, LLC. is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to be the first point of contact for athletes and teams, assisting with hotel block reservations and platform questions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Based on the West Coast hiring focus, you will join a agile, performance-driven environment with a Monday–Friday schedule (11:30 AM–8:00 PM ET).
