Deliver inpatient nursing care in Seaforth using medication administration, IV therapy, and patient assessment skills. This temporary full-time position supports HPHA’s care team.
Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance seeks Registered Practical Nurses for the Inpatient Unit at Seaforth Community Hospital. Coordinate quality patient care by assessing needs, implementing and monitoring medical plans, and following HPHA policies. Provide education, advice, and support to patients and families within your scope of practice.
Key Responsibilities: Assess patients and identify changing healthcare needs
Implement and monitor patients’ medical plans
Coordinate quality care within qualified scope
Provide education, advice, and support to families




Work with interdisciplinary teams and community partners
Requirements: Current Ontario nursing registration and certificate of competence
Current Basic Life Support certification
Experience with medication administration and IV therapy
Ability to manage mixed inpatient caseloads
Working knowledge of Meditech and computer applications
Bring inpatient assessment, medication administration, and interdisciplinary communication skills to the Registered Practical Nurse team in Seaforth.
