We are currently seeking a First Level Supporter / User HelpDesk Employee (m/f/d) for our client in Hanover, starting immediately, on a permanent contract with a 38.5-hour week. Competent contact person: You will provide first-level IT support to internal users for any IT problems that arise. Incident reporting: You will professionally handle technical issues by phone and email. Troubleshooting: You will reliably and solution-oriented process known technical and application-specific incident reports. Ticket management: You will analyze and classify incoming service requests and accurately document the reports in the internal ticketing system. Knowledge management: You will maintain and update the internal knowledge base to support colleagues in finding solutions.

Qualifications: You have completed technical or commercial training. Alternatively, you can impress us as a motivated career changer (m/f/d) with demonstrable,



relevant professional experience and good general IT knowledge.

Experience: You have at least 1 year of professional experience in classic IT support or helpdesk.

Tech stack: You have a solid technical interest in the digital environment and are proficient in using the common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Soft skills: You are characterized by a high degree of service orientation, a professional demeanor, and a quick grasp of new concepts. You work analytically, independently, and in a goal-oriented manner. Teamwork skills and flexibility complete your profile.

Languages: Fluent German skills, both spoken and written (minimum level C1), are essential for smooth communication.
