Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Prepare meals and complete light housekeeping
Provide companionship during client care
Assist with medication reminders and ambulation
Document care and follow each care plan
Requirements: Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent qualification
Current CPR and First Aid training, or willingness to obtain
Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
Ability to travel throughout the location territory
Support Qualicare Durham clients through personal care, companionship, documentation, and dependable home care services.
