Build financial, analytical, and leadership skills at Amazon through a two-year Operations Finance rotational program beginning August 9, 2027. Nationwide relocation is required.
This entry-level undergraduate program places participants in two year-long assignments supporting customer fulfillment finance teams. You will develop financial, business, leadership, and technical skills through training, challenging assignments, senior mentorship, and exposure to business leaders.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with operations leaders and frontline associates on process improvements
Participate in daily and weekly planning discussions with senior leadership
Maintain financial reporting supporting and challenging business decisions




Analyze capital investment needs and cost reduction opportunities
Use Excel, VBA, and SQL to design insightful reporting
Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age
Pursue or hold a bachelor's degree or higher
Study finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field
Relocate nationwide throughout the two-year rotational program
Demonstrate Excel, SQL, and data analysis knowledge
Develop Operations Finance expertise through Amazon rotations, fulfillment analysis, reporting, and process improvement supporting future financial leadership.
