Dollarama is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, merchandising, staffing, scheduling, and inventory control. You will lead a team, drive sales, and ensure store standards align with company guidelines.
In this role you will recruit and train staff, manage cash handling, maintain safety and cleanliness, and deliver exceptional customer service. Open availability on days, evenings and weekends is required, with a focus on performance and continuous improvement.
