You will support meal preparation, food service, sanitation, dishwashing, and department documentation. Key Responsibilities: Assist cooks with meal preparation and absences
Prepare and set up daily nourishments
Receive suppliers’ orders and rotate stored supplies
Maintain required departmental documentation
Follow WHMIS, infection control, fire, and safety procedures
Requirements: Food Service Worker program or qualifying food credential
Food service experience, preferably in long-term care
Previous dining-room food serving experience is an asset
Patience, tact, and respectful communication with residents
Flexibility to accept shifts on short notice
