The Acquisitions Manager supports the Director Acquisitions and Business Development across BCH and its subsidiaries. The position facilitates property acquisitions through the federal disposition process while managing plans, assessments, transactions, and regional input. It also supports business development and policy improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Develop project plans for property acquisition initiatives
Monitor schedules, budgets, scope, and project documentation
Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and external project teams
Liaise with custodian departments and government stakeholders




Manage acquisition business plans, assessments, and transaction documents
Requirements: Post-secondary education in planning, land development, or related field
Five to seven years of project management experience
Knowledge of federal real property management frameworks
Experience with real estate acquisition and land development
Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills
Apply project management, federal real property knowledge, and bilingual communication skills to advance BCH acquisitions in Ottawa.
