Staples Canada, in partnership with ServiceOntario, is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to help customers with government services in our Toronto store. You will resolve questions, guide transactions, and ensure a smooth lobby experience.
This in office role requires 1–2 years of customer service, clear communication, and attention to detail. Bilingual English/French is a plus; training on ServiceOntario systems, policies, and privacy standards will be provided.
