Apply construction survey and layout expertise as a Project Coordinator with Philson Ltd in the Fredericton Region’s heavy civil markets.
This Project Coordinator works alongside Field Supervisors and Project Managers on major heavy civil construction projects. Responsibilities cover site development, road building, underground utilities, and water/wastewater treatment. The position supports project packages, measurements, drawings, and payment quantities.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret project plans and technical specifications
Conduct topographical surveys and generate three-dimensional volumes
Measure installed underground services and horizontal surfaces
Prepare volumetric takeoffs and as-built drawings




Support Superintendents with in office quality control
Requirements: At least two years civil construction or engineering experience
Experience completing construction survey and layout
CET, P.Tech designation or diploma, or EIT preferred
Proficiency with Topcon GPS equipment considered an asset
Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Bring civil surveying, project interpretation, and quantity measurement experience to Philson Ltd’s Fredericton Region construction operations.
