Deliver dialysis nursing care at St. Joseph’s Health System’s Charlton Campus in Hamilton, supporting patients through evidence-informed treatment. Work part time on days, evenings, nights, and on-call shifts.
This temporary, fixed-term Registered Nurse position supports the Dialysis Centre for 11 months. You will provide patient-centred care, assess health needs, and collaborate with an inter-professional team. The role includes patients with complex needs, high acuity, and less predictable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Provide supportive, preventative, therapeutic, palliative, and rehabilitation care
Assess patient needs and treatment requirements
Deliver care for complex and high-acuity patients
Collaborate with the inter-qualified team




Assume leadership in comprehensive patient care
Requirements: Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Current BCLS/HCP certification
Critical Care, Hemodialysis, or Nephrology nursing preferred
Two years current medical/surgical nursing experience is an asset
Willingness to work extended, on-call, and out-of-unit assignments
Bring registered nursing expertise, hemodialysis knowledge, and patient-centred care to the Charlton Campus Dialysis Centre.
