Provide compassionate nursing care at Rotary Manor in Dawson Creek as a Licensed Practical Nurse with assessment and care-planning expertise. Evening and night rotations apply.
Under Clinical Supervisor direction, this Licensed Practical Nurse uses the Nursing Process to assess clients, plan care, and provide nursing services. The position supports client and family-centered care while following BCCNM standards, scope, competencies, and organizational protocols. You may direct other staff and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities: Perform client assessments and recognize changes in condition
Plan, initiate, and implement individualized plans of care
Provide nursing care within established standards and protocols




Assign care and share knowledge with teams and families
Operate related equipment and relevant computer applications
Requirements: Current practicing LPN registration with BCCNM
One year of recent related acute care experience
Or one year of recent related residential experience
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Bring assessment, care planning, communication, and compassionate nursing skills to client-centered practice at Rotary Manor in Dawson Creek.
