This full-time opportunity supports technicians responsible for keeping Manitoulin Transport's truck and coach operations maintained. Assigned duties include preventative maintenance, coding work orders, completing associated paperwork, and delivering or collecting trucks from third-party providers. Work must comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, pertinent regulations, and company policies. Candidates need Trades and Apprentice Board registration and a valid driver's licence. Licensed mechanics and registered apprentices are identified for different signing bonus amounts.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain trucks and coaches through assigned preventative maintenance




Record work accurately by coding completed work orders
Prepare all associated maintenance paperwork
Coordinate truck delivery to outside maintenance providers
Collect trucks from third-party maintenance providers
Requirements: Third-year apprentice or licensed 310T mechanic
Registration with the Trades and Apprentice Board
Valid driver's licence
Robust technical expertise in truck and coach work
Commitment to company safety policies and procedures
