Key Responsibilities: Deliver customer service through phone, email, and chat
Handle availability, pricing, benefits, and special requests
Coordinate clients, concierge teams, and worldwide hotel partners
Quality-check reservations before guest arrival
Prepare quotes and guide clients through bookings
Requirements: Two to four years in luxury hotel, travel, or service roles
Reservations experience strongly preferred
Excellent attention to detail and organization
Confident written and verbal communication
English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous
