The Accounting Analyst supports budgeting, projects, inventory, reporting, and process improvement across site activities. You will coordinate annual budget inputs, maintain files, and review submissions for accuracy and completeness. The work also includes maintenance data, project costs, account reconciliations, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate annual budgeting inputs and maintain budget files
Review budget submissions for accuracy and completeness
Review maintenance work order data and track project costs
Perform general site accounting activities and reconciliations




Provide internal and external customer service
Requirements: Post-secondary accounting, finance, or related education considered an asset
Strong analytical skills for consolidating and communicating information
Proficiency with Excel formulas and functions for data analysis
Solid organization with independent work and competing priorities
