Coordinate North American freight movements for Axxess in Montreal, using transportation knowledge, customs procedures, and bilingual client communication skills.
As an Intermediate North American Transportation Agent, you will manage routine transportation files from booking through delivery, invoicing, and closure. You will coordinate with clients, carriers, brokers, and internal teams while applying Incoterms, regulations, and customs procedures. This Monday-to-Friday role is based at the Montreal office.
Key Responsibilities: Create client files and manage electronic transport documentation
Plan pickups, deliveries, and shipment tracking across North America
Prepare bills of lading, customs declarations, and commercial documents
Update clients about progress, delays, and transportation adjustments




Review invoices and forward approved documents to Finance
Requirements: Seven to twelve years of North American road transportation experience
Solid knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures
Advanced English and French communication skills, written and spoken
Intermediate Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CargoWise skills
Independent judgement, organization, and routine issue-resolution abilities
