You will optimize HubSpot processes and integrations, including Mortgage Automator, while supporting sales representatives and senior management. The position reports directly to Hosper Mortgage’s CEO.
Key Responsibilities: Build email campaigns, automations, workflows, and sequences
Optimize HubSpot processes, integrations, and lead management
Monitor marketing leads and conversion activity
Support paid digital advertising and SEO initiatives
Liaise with marketing and technology partners
Requirements: Three or more years of marketing experience
Hands-on experience with HubSpot automation and segmentation
Experience managing marketing and CRM integrations
Mortgage Automator experience is an asset
Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and website development
