As Brand & Community Engagement Manager, you will be the first point of contact for families exploring Pear Tree. The role combines community engagement, content, events, and brand storytelling. You will contribute within a growing school serving Kindergarten to Grade 7, with new programs and Pear Tree High School coming soon.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for exploring families
Create content that communicates Pear Tree’s story
Organize events that support community engagement
Build relationships with school families and the community
Strengthen Pear Tree’s brand storytelling
Requirements: Experience in community engagement, content, events, or branding
Interest in Pear Tree’s growing school workplace
Ability to build relationships with families
Interest in systems that improve each term
Willingness to complete role-specific PTOS training
Bring content, events, community building, and brand storytelling together as Pear Tree’s family-facing engagement manager.
