As a member and client experience advisory agent, you support banking transactions, promote Desjardins products and services, and recommend available distribution channels. You provide personalized solutions, identify business opportunities, and refer specialized needs to colleagues. French knowledge is required.

Maintain relationships through service delivery and activities
Requirements: High school diploma in a related field
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Availability Monday through Friday, including one evening
Availability to travel to Princeville and Lyster service centres
Bring customer focus, banking transaction support, digital guidance, and personalized service to Desjardins members and clients onsite.
