Duties include handling customer matters tactfully, reporting incidents, and responding appropriately to changing conditions.
Key Responsibilities: Follow HSE rules, operating procedures, and work instructions
Exercise judgment and make public address announcements
Report operational deviations, delays, and incidents immediately
Conduct vehicle failure and emergency brake recovery steps




Handle customer matters sensitively and provide assistance
Requirements: Valid Alberta Class 5 or higher driver's licence
Basic computer skills and hand or power tool use
Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience considered an asset
Valuable judgment solving practical problems and emergencies
Ability to pass pre-employment testing requirements
Bring safety focus, independent judgment, and troubleshooting ability to LRV operations serving Edmonton's Valley Line commuters.
