GFL seeks a Technician for its Processing Facilities, handling, consolidating, and processing received waste materials. This work requires attention to safety, efficiency, acceptance protocols, and proper documentation. You will support truck loading, equipment operation, shop upkeep, customer service, and hazard assessments.
Key Responsibilities: Process waste materials in a timely, safe manner
Load and unload trucks and containers
Check incoming waste against acceptance protocols
Operate processing machinery and equipment as required
Complete paperwork and submit documentation properly
Requirements: Valid driver's license
Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
Ability to stand on cement for extended periods
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within teams
Bring safe waste handling, equipment operation, and communication skills to GFL's Processing Facilities as a Technician.
