Coordinate manufacturing materials at Voyant Beauty through production scheduling, raw material tracking, and ERP processes. Support timely, accurate production flow.
This Supply Chain Coordinator works across Operations, Purchasing, Customer Service, and production control. You will manage material transfers, revisions, shortages, batch adjustments, and incoming customer-supplied components. The position supports planning accuracy and manufacturing coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Process raw material transfers between Voyant facilities
Review shortages and confirm material availability for jobs
Coordinate customer supplied materials with Account Managers
Adjust batch sizes and communicate blend dates
Distribute travelers and bench standards to teams
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required
One to three years manufacturing experience preferred
One to three years ERP experience preferred
Familiarity with raw materials and manufacturing terminology
Accurate records, files, and documentation management
Bring production scheduling, material coordination, ERP knowledge, and accurate documentation skills to Voyant Beauty’s manufacturing operations.
