Lead Patrol Services at Blue Mountain Resort in a full-time winter position, using safety leadership and advanced skiing or snowboarding skills.
As Assistant Manager, Patrol Services, you will support daily patrol operations alongside the Manager, Patrol Services. The position combines on-hill duties with staff coaching, risk management, training coordination, and guest service. You will help create protected, enjoyable mountain experiences while supporting employees and guests.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and developing patrol staff
Enforce resort safety standards and industry best practices
Coordinate, deliver, and audit required training programs




Build relationships across Mountain Operations and resort departments
Monitor trail and patrol standards during regular duties
Requirements: Current First Responder certification
Previous resort or mountain operations ski patrol experience
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Advanced skiing or snowboarding ability and personal equipment
At least 18 years old with successful background check
Bring patrol experience, safety expertise, and coaching ability to support Blue Mountain’s mountain operations and guest service.
