Provide patient-centred rehabilitation nursing at Providence Care Hospital while assessing complex care needs and coordinating inter-qualified treatment plans.
This temporary full-time Registered Nurse assignment lasts up to 10 months at Providence Care Hospital. Working in a non-acute setting, you will deliver safe, effective care within your full scope of practice. The role supports patients’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.
Key Responsibilities: Assess patients with complex care needs
Develop care plans with patients, families, and professionals
Establish preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative priorities
Participate in discharge planning
Advocate for patients and families
Requirements: Active unrestricted College of Nurses of Ontario license
Current CPR certificate
Nursing Diploma from an approved institution
Bachelor of Nursing Science preferred
Ability to practice within regulatory standards
Support rehabilitation patients through assessment, direct care, advocacy, and coordinated planning as a Registered Nurse at Providence Care Hospital.
