Uniform Works Limited is hiring for its new Mississauga location. This Seamstress/Tailor position involves uniform sewing, garment alterations, and embellishments. You will interpret work instructions, solve individual sizing issues, operate industrial sewing machines, and meet production and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Read work instructions and identify customer alteration needs
Measure and mark garments for precise alterations
Perform uniform sewing, hemming, tapering, and mending
Replace zippers and apply patches, name strips, and striping
Operate industrial sewing machines and follow safety procedures
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Two years of sewing experience preferred
Industrial sewing machine experience preferred
