Earls Kitchen + Bar is hiring an Operations Systems Specialist to support store technology across North America. You will coordinate deployments for new restaurant openings and renovations, plan hardware upgrades, and help minimize operational downtime. The position also provides escalation support, system administration, and off-hours assistance for mission-critical issues.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Operations Systems deployment and testing for recent openings
Support go-live readiness during renovations and store launches
Plan hardware upgrades and confirm core-system compatibility




Oversee payment operations, software updates, and feature rollouts
Escalate and resolve tickets using technical expertise and judgment
Requirements: Three-plus years in restaurant operations, IT support, or administration
Hands-on POS, kitchen, inventory, and delivery integration experience
Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Android, and local troubleshooting
Leadership creating and maintaining SOPs and training materials
Strong communication, organization, and analytical capabilities
Use deployment coordination, hardware planning, and restaurant systems expertise to support Earls openings and technology reliability.
