You will assist clients with everyday banking, credit, and investment needs while supporting satisfaction and loyalty. The trainee role emphasizes listening, discovery, client-focused sales, and collaboration with RBC partners. You will respond to client contact, explain digital banking, onboard clients, and refer complex opportunities to specialists.

Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it
Financial or service industry relationship experience preferred
