Specified Roofing Inc. is expanding its Service department with a Service Estimator reporting to the Service Manager. You will investigate leaks, prepare accurate quotations, and support approved work planning. The role combines practical roofing knowledge, construction drawing interpretation, client communication, and site assessment.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate leaks and document existing roof conditions
Prepare scopes, recommendations, estimates, and quotations
Estimate labour, materials, equipment, access, and disposal costs
Follow up quotations and plan approved work
Coordinate clients,



consultants, crews, and subcontractors
Requirements: Previous roofing experience with commercial systems
Ability to interpret drawings, roof plans, and specifications
Valid Ontario Class G licence and acceptable record
Robust organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfort using Outlook, Excel, Word, and digital systems
Apply practical roofing knowledge, accurate pricing, and clear communication while supporting Specified Roofing Inc. service projects throughout the GTA.
