Key Responsibilities: Prepare estimates from plans, reports, and specifications
Evaluate moisture, structural, and substrate conditions
Plan contingencies for unforeseen retrofit issues




Coordinate project goals, schedules, and budgets
Present detailed bid proposals and cost breakdowns
Requirements: Three or more years in roofing estimating
Experience with re-roofing and retrofit projects
Ability to read blueprints and existing roof reports
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Estimating software experience is an asset
