Support industrial customers with project engineering, account management, and vendor coordination as a Technical Advisor at Canadian Babbitt Bearings Ltd.
Reporting to the Production Manager, this customer-facing position manages Babbitt bearing projects from orders through delivery. You will compare requirements, contracts, and products while coordinating suppliers, procurement, production, engineering, and quality. Explicit updates help projects meet customer requirements, schedules, and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts and support new business development
Review contracts, specifications, drawings, and competing products
Coordinate procurement, vendors, and suppliers
Track project schedules, costs, timelines, and customer communication




Develop CRM, ERP, and engineering systems
Requirements: Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience
Proven technical sales or industrial support background
Understanding of manufacturing scheduling and engineering drawings
Ability to write transparent technical reports and proposals
Ability to travel to customers and suppliers
Bring customer communication, project coordination, and manufacturing knowledge to industrial bearing accounts, procurement, and delivery activities.
