The Accounting Analyst supports accounting and financial tasks for EFESO Americas. Responsibilities include expense validation, accounts payable and receivable support, bank reconciliations, and monthly close activities. The position also contributes to budgets, audits, records, and employee expense guidance.
Key Responsibilities: Review expense reports and contractor invoices bi-weekly
Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements
Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, receipts, and invoices
Support accounts payable, receivables, budgets, and audits




Train staff on expense and invoice submissions
Requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
One to three years of general accounting experience
Payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable experience
QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, or similar ERP experience
Understanding of GAAP and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Bring analytical accuracy, accounting software experience, and strong organization to EFESO’s Toronto finance support activities.
