This Manager role sits within the Mortgage Finance team in IGM Financial’s Treasury Department. You will analyze and execute financing transactions across ABCP, MBS, and direct-sale channels supporting the mortgage business funding plan. The position also manages investments, forecasts mortgage activity, and helps maintain financial risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities: Plan recurring investment and reinvestment activities
Prepare valuations for securitization and direct-sale transactions
Execute interest rate derivatives with counterparties
Forecast sales activity and reinvestment portfolios




Support financial risk management processes and reporting
Requirements: Four to seven years of relevant experience
Finance designation or graduate business degree preferred
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office application skills
Bloomberg, SAP, or AI tools experience considered an asset
Ability to manage multiple demands under time constraints
