MBCI equips middle and secondary students through learning, growth, faith in Jesus Christ, leadership, and community. This full-time term appointment is part of the Student Support Team and starts immediately, with possible continuation. The position suits a Christian person committed to an Anabaptist perspective and student success.
Key Responsibilities: Provide support to students with learning needs
Care for students with learning and behavioural needs
Work with teachers delivering daily programs
Support students’ literacy and study skills development
Contribute to MBCI’s Christian learning community
Requirements: Active membership in a Christian church
Commitment to Christian Education from an Anabaptist Perspective
Robust interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to changing situations
Previous experience beneficial; certification is an asset
Support MBCI learners through Christian education, teacher collaboration, literacy support, and sensitive care as an Educational Assistant.
