National Tank Services operates within the Trimac Family of Companies and provides inspection, repairs, certification, and cleaning services. This position offers paid orientation training and focuses on preventative maintenance for trucks, while requiring openness to trailer work. You will check key systems, including tires, wheels, brakes, air systems, clutch linkage, and suspension. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, from 2:00 pm to 12:30 am. Safety is personal here: every decision follows safety commitments, proper PPE, and established procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Perform truck preventative maintenance activities




Support preventative maintenance on trailers
Check tires, wheels, and brake systems
Examine air systems, clutch linkage, and suspension
Follow procedures and use proper PPE
Requirements: Second year apprentice mechanic qualification
Interest in truck maintenance and trailer work
Availability for weekday evening scheduling
Commitment to safety in every decision
Willingness to follow required procedures
Develop truck and trailer maintenance capability while contributing to National Tank Services certified, protected, and compliant fleet operations.
