As a Personal Lending Specialist within BMO’s Retail Banking Sales & Service group, you provide credit and lending-related sales and service. You assess customer needs, recommend borrowing strategies, manage transactional outcomes, and refer customers to appropriate business groups. The work includes documentation, application research, escalations, and qualified communication.
Key Responsibilities: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable borrowing strategies
Provide personal banking and lending advice through various channels




Process requests accurately and complete required documentation
Research lending applications and escalate unresolved situations
Report suspicious activity and protect customer information
Requirements: Two to three years of relevant experience typically expected
Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
